Back in the day, I used to publish articles at Hubpages. I liked how their platform looks clean, professional, and how you have several methods to monetize your content.
One of the things that I liked the most is how it allows you to insert products within your content. I can’t remember for sure how the banners looked like since it was about 2 – 3 years ago since I last visited Hubpages, but I’m almost certain that they sort of looked like this…
What do you think would happen if your readers found MASSIVE value on the post that you published at Linkedin, and you were able to add your product, service, or a give-away within the post just like the sample that we shared above?
Pretty interesting, huh?
The thing is, this strategy becoming successful is GREATLY dependent on the quality of the article that you’ve published, AND the landing page that your readers will be routed to ones they click the banner.
Important tip – Don’t EVER link your banners directly to your payment pages. Instead, route them to a sales page where they can learn more about the product.
Sales pages are such powerful tools that you can use to transition your reader’s state of mind from simply wanting to consume content, to making them want to buy something. If you fail to do this, then the chances are good that they’ll just click your banner, but they won’t really buy your product.
