My Favorite Tool: SweetProcess

Now, let’s get to the nitty-gritty details – the actual “doing” section of this course.

First of all, let’s talk about a software that I use to document my processes. It’s called SweetProcess.

SweetProcess is a must-have for the detail-oriented person. With it, you can pretty much document everything you’re doing in your business. More importantly, you can finally get those boring, repetitive, and time-consuming tasks out of your head, so you will no longer be stuck doing everything by yourself.

One common trait shared by many successful entrepreneurs is their love affair with systematizing every process in their process. But for some, it might be too overwhelming! You’re probably even juggling between life and full-time work, alongside a goal to grow a successful business online. If this is the case, then I highly encourage you to begin the process of developing repeatable systems for your business. It may not be perfect but you need to write down the steps. After all, you won’t be able to pinpoint parts of the system that require improvement if you don’t document it.

When it comes to ease of use, SweetProcess is a no-brainer. Simply create your standard operating procedures (SOP) and you’ll never have to do the same boring task again because you can now outsource it.

An SOP will serve as some sort of recipe that will help you be more organized and productive. If done right, it will enable you to delegate tasks to your virtual team with ease and comfort. Knowing that they are doing it “your way”, you can spend more time on other important things like building relationships with clients and responding to their needs, which ultimately lead to better relationships and more sales.
