Is my business focused from a visionary point of view? Is it focused from a strategic point of view and is it focused from an execution point of view?
And if the answer is no to any of those problems, guess what? You’re in a position to make positive change because you’re aware of the things that will produce positive change and you have the necessary insight due to you being the category professional in your category. You have the insight to actually come up with a plan and a strategy to produce positive change in your work.
